    Hey

I just get barring order for 6 months, want appel cuz its no sens doing that.
we have contac betwen and talking about how to sort many things out.

First what se can get from welfare, it is singiel parent familly for this few months? we went to welfare but they are not sure about this cuz i pay maintance and stuff...

second, how they calculate a FIS for here she works for part time

third,: how the court looks for maintacne i have low ernings around 320eu a week, better for here to make agriment or wait for court ??

and last one: I apply for access to kids, anyway i seen them with no problem but she looks again to go to court, i will get supervised acces or full access??

    Any idea guys??

    Thx

Don't breach the barring order, even with her permission. It can only lead to trouble. You need a solicitor for your access agreement but if there is a barring order she most likely alleged you are violent in some way so you may only get supervised access. I don't think she will get single parents alowance if you are paying maintenance but I am open to correction.
