    I'm going to be in Cardiff that weekend, however as yous have now set a date (the 21st) run with it and those that turn up, turn up and for everyone we can have another one at a later date

    I'd say the best way to do it is to just set a date, you're never gonna beable to please everyone but im sure 10-15 will go on whatever anyway.
