Sky Conway users, bit of advice

I viewed an apartment today and loved every bit of it until I asked do they have NTL. They said that we would have to go with Sky Conway, which is what is wired into the blocks. They said you can get broadband and tv for €15 a month. I thought this to be a bit too good to be true and googled it and all I could find was ALOT of bad reviews on Sky Conway and their crappy website with no inkling of what they offer, channels, internet speed or prices.

So, I am looking for a bit of advice for anyone who is currently with Sky Conway.

1. What channels do they provide?

2. What are the prices/charges per month including set up fees, if any?

3. What happens if something goes wrong with the service? The website doesn't look very user friendly, so I can't imagine them being on the ball like Sky or UPC.

4. What is the internet speed like? I spend quite a lot of time on the internet, mainly emails, browsing, boards, downloading small bit of music and the OH watches things on Youtube. Would watch the odd film but quite rare.

5. What is the tv service like, is it reliable?

Sorry for all the questions, but need to make an informed decision and love the apartment but this is niggling at me.
