    oh there's so many (see sig) i guess id have to go with Turkey and Ham Subway with sweet onion sauce , does that count as a treat or a snack :confused:

    Yes a few times a year , Brother-inlaw/Best friend lives just beside Parkhead so i do travel to Glasgow a fair bit every year.

    dam it i really tought they were there, ok go out your back garden , count to 50 while breathing deeply through your nose and out through your mouth, while doing this dont think about finding your keys, then after 50 seconds think of were you have been in your house.retrace your steps nice and calmly .
