Wedding sing-songs

I have a wedding I'm going to coming up shortly and it just reminds me of something that really grinds my gears......the wedding sing-song. You know where some drunken eejit who reckons he/she is a fabulous singer starts bleating at about 2 in the morning. That's bad enough but the worst thing is that everyone shushes you if you dare make a sound. Anyone else hate this carry on?
