It's happening to me more often.

Recently I was told that I had got up in the middle of the night, walked into the spare room hopped up on the bed and started to take a leak.

when I was told the next morning I had zero recollection of it, no alcohol involved either.

    anyone else sleep walk?

I dont believe it has ever happened to me.

AFAIK, there are many people who sleepwalk and also do other things.I seen this on a documentary once that certain peopleeat, sing and in one lads case - he paints. Another contributor to this programme had the problem of becoming extremely randy while he slept and "attacked" his wife on numerous occasions...

Nope, though my dad used to. One time he got up in the middle of the night, flowed a bath and got in, still in his pyjamas. Don't think it's happened to him in years though.

I sleep walk from time to time and I've concluded that I only do it when I go to sleep thinking about some unresolved issue. Like if I've had a fight with someone and didn't talk about it or sort things out, I go for a sleep ramble. Alcohol makes it worse too I find.

As far as I can remember, I've only done it once in my life.

When I was somewhere between 5 and 7, I remembered having a dream about the house burning down (my mom painted and had turpentine around the house, as well as a penchant for using power bars plugged into power bars which is an electrical disaster; this was not an entirely out-of-place dream, but rather based on experience), and I remember waking up in my mom's bed soaking wet and her asking me about socks.

Confused and still only half-awake, I asked her why the hell she was mumbling about socks when the house was burning down. She, then looking more confused than me, said it wasn't.

As it transpired, I had sleepwalked into the kitchen to get water to douse my dream-fire, which I had promptly poured on myself (I can only presume it was to ensure I wouldn't burn), and then had gone into my mother's room to collect her socks, apparently saying "we've got to get the socks out before they burn" while I was doing it. Why I was so concerned about socks, and not my life, my mother's life, or our dog's life, has eluded me to this day. I mean, tops and trousers would've made more sense, but socks?

Only when I was a kid.

Fell down the stairs once when doing it.

Haven't sleepwalked since I was little.

Once when I was about 6 I walked into my parents room where my baby sister was sleeping as she was only 1 or 2 at the time. I got into the bed with her and went back to sleep. My mother took me out because she was scared I'd roll over on top of her and kill her.

Something like this happened to me a few weeks ago which involved eating a packet of my brother's crisps. But I would also often sleeptalk as well. I just hope no one knows about my deep dark secrets.

Does sleep talking count? I have full blown conversations with the girlfriend sometimes. I also sporadically jerk just before I fall asleep with that falling feeling. You know the one...

Scares the living crap out of her haha

I do. Have done since I was a kid. Folded laundry and brought it to everyones bedroom once as a kid.

More recently I tried to break my bedroom window to escape from a fire and then when couldnt break it with my hands I went to look for the fire extinguisher to try break the window, not put out the fire.

I have left hotel rooms looking for a secret roof garden, chased "busted" out of my house for stealing my favourite cardigan and have come close to ringing the guards on 2 occasions when thought my house was being robbed.

I have often gone outside in my sleep too. Its kinda scary. Got some tests done in a sleep clinic but havent the results yet but take a sedative at nite to stop me wandering in case I do harm to myself.

I was found in the airing cupboard, feeding the dog a bowl of water, patting her head and telling her she was a good girl.

    We didn't have a dog.

Yep. Have before. I tried to blow dry my hair at half 4 in the morning while sleepwalking.
