    Hi!

Just wondering which of the test centres in Cork (Wilton or Ballincollig) is considered to be the nicer of the available ones, or are they much of a muchness? Did my test last August in Wilton and failed miserably but had had no practice outside of my 15 driving lessons so it would've been a miracle if I'd passed to be honest! My learner permit expires this August so I'd like to get the second test done and passed (hopefully) before then, and I noticed on the driving test website that there's 2 centres available now, back last year twas only Wilton! So, to recap, is Ballincollig any nicer to do? Wilton can be a bit of a nightmare depending on the route, has anyone done the routes for Ballincollig? Thanks!(and sorry for the essay!)

I did get an email from the RSA saying that the Ballincolig test centre would be opening at the start of May. You might not get any news about routes ect. until then.
