Trad Session in Co Kildare?

I'm looking for some good trad sessions in Co Kildare preferably in or around Newbridge where musicians are welcome. Not a singing session please just a decent music session with reels, jigs etc.

I think there's a session in the Hideout in Kilcullen on Sunday nights. I've never been in to it though so I've no idea what it's like.
