XCM Cross Fire Converter for Xbox

Anywhere in ireland or uk that sell these, i can only find them on yank sites. Or is their a better version than this thats wireless? are the L1 R1 buttons remappable on this one. http://www.xcm.cc/xcm_cross_fire_converter.htm
