Anyone going anywhere nice for the long weekend?

Well I'm not, looking forward to a few pints and watching the sport.

But are any of ye going abroad, travelling home, just going away for a break with the family?

Oh and wait for the TV3 'American Themed' bulletin on the news on Good Friday morning that everyone is travelling home for the 'holidays' and that all roads, trains, airports will be packed.

If its a sunny day I'll head to the beach, strip down to me swimming suit and put on a show for the ladies back there, God knows they need a bit of eye candy in these recessive days, the ladies will be swooning after my hot sultry beach bod

a 4 day trip to inishbofin off connemara with 6 friends.. great craic, good weather, late bars and good friends.. what more could u want!

Make sure you trim up 'down there', they won't want to see any spiders legs :pac:

Can't believe people are making plans presuming we'll have good weather, this is Ireland remember, we are having our summer today and tomorrow and that's it :P

Head to Barcelona from Fri - Mon with 8 lads, going to Osasuna match, and hopefully Messi and Co. will be perading the Kings Cup around the stadium beforehand! No doubt the weather will be nicer in Ireland then Barcelona knowing my luck!

I wanna go to Vegas for a long weekend. Like 5 days or something. Offering to buy the flights and all for someone who wants to go and no takers amongst mates. The range of excuses have been incredible.

I'd be more worried about the pickpockets than the weather tbh, be very careful!

What were the excuses - they should be good considering they turned down a free trip to Vegas?

Five day weekend in this part of the world

Packing up the 4x4 early Friday morning and driving 900kms north to go camping, snorkelling and dolphin feeding. Booze will naturally be involved too. Need to make the most of the last week or two of 30 degrees before winter kicks in.

One wanted to bring his girlfriend. I don't wanna be a third wheel on my own trip. Two said it's not worth going all that way for 5 days.
