Hey. I'm choosing a crèche for my daughter. What factors do you view as important in the selection process? I'd like to a creche that has a charitable side to it if that is possible would anyone consider that as important when choosing a creche facility? Any advice would be appreciated!

Cost is one of the top deciding factors to be honest. We moved creche last November - new creche is cheaper by 2000 per annum (for two kids).

Not entirely sure I understand what you mean by that?

To be honest we only looked at two creches for our daughter, one felt right and the other didn't. Both my wife and I got a good feeling about one and not the other. The staff are amazing - that's the most important thing as they will be minding your child. They're nice and friendly, kind, obviously into the children as they notice things like a new haircut/pair of shoes, and they are qualified etc. There's a nice enclosed garden for them to play in on days like today and it's a purpose built building, not a coverted house/flat. Cost is important too but they're all expensive! But imo it's all about the people that work there
