I just renewed my annual family multitrip insurance with the VHI. The cost for a family for a year is E95, but if you renew online before 8 May 2011, they give you a 33% discount at the checkout. Now that's real savings! Here's the link http://www.vhi.ie/info/MainServlet?action=travelProductSelect
