    Hi.

33 year old musician here. Vocalist. Lead and/or Rhthym guitarist. Double Bassist (not electric bassist). I can sing and play lead/rhythm guitar. I can sing and play double bass. I can't sing and play lead guitar at the same time, but I can play lead regardless.

I want to gig. I have no interest in trying to get famous as an originals band. I've been there and failed at that. I want to play covers, enjoy what I'm doing, and earn money.

I have 5 electric guitars. 1 dobro. 1 acoustic. 1 double bass. 1 guitar amp. 1 bass amp. I have transport and commitment. I'm as professional as they come. I've played The Sugar Club, NCH and Vicar St, amongst others..

Ideally, wedding band, pub cover band etc. I can play anything that's thrown at me. I play by ear, so I can pick it up as it goes along if necessary..

If you need someone even just for a while, give me a shout.

    Thanks,

    K.

I am looking for a lead guitar player for a three piece band based in the midlands backing a high profile female country singer, Dance, weddings, parties etc. This singer has featured on TV and has recorded her first album in Nashville last year and is touring Scotland at the end of the month .If you are interested in this project please contact me

    Thanks

Hi Gerry, thanks for the reply. Whereabouts is the band based, and more importantly where do they practice?
I'm in Dublin, and have a full time day job at the moment, so need to keep things realistic re travelling etc. Travelling for gigs is fine, but for practice could be awkward.

    Thanks again.

    Hi Kev,
Have a covers band on the go a couple of months. looking for a singer and if you play guitar, all the better. Currently have drums, bass and guitar. Setlist in progress but includes Bill withers, Doors, Stevie Wonder, Raconteurs, Stone Roses, The Cure amongst others. Based in Dublin South. Any interest?

    Hi Brian,

Have to say, I'd be a guitarist first, vocalist second. I did the whole front man thing for a few years, and tbh I don't think my voice really is powerful enough in enough styles to get away with fronting a covers band. Guitar and backing vocals, not a problem.

    Thanks,

    K.
