Query about Komplett.ie and payment.

    I've been trying to make a purchase from Komplett.ie but the Ogone service they use refuses to accept payment. It's a visa o2 money card and there's enough funds to buy. Has anyone encountered this before? Any help or feedback would be greatly appreciated.
