Nu-Metal. Went on a blast to the past one night looking up late 90s / early 00s "metal" music. Good grief there was so much shìte I listened to I cringe thinking about it.

I think I got to about KoRn's 4th album when they released it and just thought "Fùck this whiny, moany shìte!".

So many of my childhood cartoons definitely weren't how I remembered them. Dreadful animation, crap jokes and non-sensical plots seemed to have just flown over my head in those days..............simplier times

Football / soccer. Well retarded is possibly too strong, but I used to be infatuated with the game, watched every match, read every article, talked all the shíte, etc. Now in the last few years, I just cant be bothered anymore. My boyhood heroes have all retired to be replaced with preening, diving, cheating ladyboy mercenaries, who earn more in a week than I do in years. I realize there's a bit of the rose-tinted specs about this too. Isnt everything great when you're young and carefree?

Its really only the exploits of Trap and the boys that keeps me interested now.
