I've emailed them to get a quote (I need this for the HR lady). I think I'll go with it if it is 1300.

Ah I figured that, but how does that happen? Like do I just give them a cheque for 300 blips or something? I suppose that must vary by company.

As far as I understand (mind I've not availed to be sure!) you can either give the money to your employer as a cheque, or by some other means as you suggest, or I think they may be able to deduct it from your net pay next time around (that way it's equivalent to you paying them, but perhaps less messing)

I just paid the difference in cash, as a deposit for ordering it in. Then when the bike was in, went down with the voucher from hr
