Registering a van as a campervan 2011

Hi, I am almost finished converting my Renault Master (High Roof) van into a campervan. I was told by a friend to contact the Motor Tax office to re-register it as a camper. I rang Roscommon yesterday and was read some information from the Revenue website about registering it with the Tax Man. Could anyone tell me what the…

Hi,

I am almost finished converting my Renault Master (High Roof) van into a campervan.

I was told by a friend to contact the Motor Tax office to re-register it as a camper. I rang Roscommon yesterday and was read some information from the Revenue website about registering it with the Tax Man.

Could anyone tell me what the process is for registering the van, even with the tax man or who I ring as a starting point ?
