Garmin Nuvi 765

I have a Garmin Nuvi 765 which I keep updated on the Garmin website, however yesterday I drove from Galway to Shannon Airport and it did not pick up the motorway that I was on it had me all over the place the same way on the Dublin motorway, any help appreciated on this.

Have you the latest map installed?
It may be that Navteq have not included that road yet.
You can use their Map Reporter to report the issue.
