huawei k4505a modem with huawei hg66a vodafone router?

can i use the k4505a usb modem as backup to the HG556A vodafone router?

both are vodafone branded, will they work together?

i am using a standard vodafone k4505A modem, and Huawei HG556A vodafone router and three bill pay mobile broadband sim

i havent modified anything on either routers to get this to work.

just testing from the router and it works fine, a bit of configuration required
changed the apn to three.co.uk, and now im connected fine.
