Derelict sites

Is there any places in Waterford that are along the ames lines of dereliction as the Árd Rí hotel site? I'm looking for a location for a photography/video thingy and the hotel is a bit inaccessable and out of the way.

There is that house down on bath street, I've never been in there but no one has lived there in years, windows all smashed etc

From looking at the previous thread, the Tannery and Waterford Crystal could look like viable alternatives.

Any more suggestions appreciated.

Bit of advice though - if you're going into places like these, best to go early mornings (sunrise is best) and on the weekend. That way the junkies and local busy-bodies are still in bed
