    Its a 6000CD ne and the serial number is m596404?

    part number ys4f-18c815-aa

    Any help much welcome..

    had to go to ford dealers today for the code cost €10 to get it !!!!!!!!! numbers were right but mixed up the wrong way!

    Folks

    i have a 03' Focus saloon 1.4 and radio hasn't worked since the snow when the battery died. It has 4000DLS written on the radio but where is the id number being mentioned here by some in order to help me find out the code? Thanks in advance.

    Hi,

    You'll need to remove the radio to get the serial number starting with an M.

    To do this you'll need 2 clips, if you don't have the proper ones use a hanger bent to shape for the two little holes and squeeze the clips. Then slide out the radio and PM me the serial number and ill sort you the code.

    you are a star, will get on it today. Read up and saw you needed those clips but havent got them. Will have a go with a hanger today. cheers.

    Mightily relieved to have found this thread - trying to insert an AUX cable in my Focus and discovered today that the key code someone had written in the manual is incorrect :mad:
    Its a 6000CD and the serial number is M068254
