EUR 66 provided you are living in Germany, otherwise it is EUR 82 if you are living in Austria or CHF 99 if you are in Switzerland. There is no mention of postage to other European countries.

Also payment is either directly from a German bank account or by invoice, which is not the most straightforward (provided they do in fact post to other EU countries).
