Hi all

about 5 weeks ago i ordered a blu ray disc from play.

never arrived. i emailed play & informed them of this. they told me to wait 21 days to see if order arrives. it didn't.

they then emailed me a missing item confirmation form which i printed off, filled out, and posted back to them. it had to be posted to them.

a week later & nothing. no refund, no communication whatsoever.

i am going to email them again today but this is very poor customer service, certainly never going to order anything from them again.

The same thing happened to me recently. It took about 14days to get a refund following my sending back their form. I'd hold off another week.
