Tesco Mothers Day Meal Deal (2 Starters, 1 Main, 2 Sides, 1 Dessert) - €10

    Yes, presumably this is only till valid till midnight.. though I could be wrong.

    There was plenty of variety in Sligo including:

    Starters - Pate, Soup
    Main Course - Side of Lamb (w Garlic Butter), Buttered Chicken, Belly of Pork
    Side - Roast Potatoes, Cheese Cauliflower, Honeyed Roast Parsnips, Peas, Mashed Potato
    Dessert - Bramley Apple Crumble, Strawberry Trifle, Raspberry Swirl Cheesecake

    Got 2 x pates, side of lamb, roast potatoes & cheese cauliflower & raspberry swirl cheesecake... all for €10.

    Made a saving of almost €15 - the Lamb alone was €8

    Yeah I got this in Tesco as well, has to have been the best value meal deal ever. This deal is over now, ended Mothers Day. Hopefully they'll have something similar soon.

    No wine or juice. There's good value wine in Tesco from €4, and in Lidl from €3. Even without the wine this meal was great value, pity it's over, more details: http://www.tesco.ie/pricenews/
