Everyone was moaning about discussion of this game taking up too much space in the apps threads, so here is it's very own thread.

So how far has everyone got? What's your highest score? What objective are stuck on?

I gave up playing it.
Dont get me wrong, its a great game and is definitely a must buy.
But i got the cloud-slides objectives and my friend told me what he was on and i cant for the life of me bring myself to try and complete what im on just to be met with even more painstakingly tough objectives.

Completed everything bar scoring higher than 175,000 points. Achieved 174,312 and fell asleep. Nearly smashed my phone, have not played it since. Update or no update!

This happened to me as well. Took me about a week to get it. I've gone over 175k several times since.

I'm currently stuck on the last three objectives: get to the 9th island, etc. The 8th island is impossible.

When you finish the challenges:

* Reach the 9th island
* Fly through the 4th island in fever mode
* Do 20 cloudtouches not being in fever mode

It just says, "You're now a Master".

Guess that's game over...

They will add more objectives in future updates. The ones above were only added in the last update and weren't in the game originally.

Has anyone got past island 9?

A friend is close, ending shortly before the end of lvl 9.

Yep I'm the same, got 173,000 and the phone nearly took flight across the room.

I then bought an iPad and haven't been playing it as much. Must go back to it at some stage. God I hope they don't add more challenges, they're bloody tough. Great original game though.

What challenge I can't beat is get to island 4 without a perfect slide. Just can't not slide.

I'm on those final set of challenges as well (the x28 ones). Haven't managed to get any of them either. I've only reached the 8th island once so getting to the 9th is a major ask, fly through the 4th island on fever mode is do-able, it's just all about that first landing, and doing 20 cloudtouches not being in fever mode is just flat-out ridiculous.

Best advice I can give you is to try stay on the ground as much as possible. Ride it like a rollercoaster I think one person said in the other thread.

Most frustrating game I've played on the iPhone. Get weird looks at lunch in work when I keep tutting every few minutes.

I'm stuck on cloud touches. Can't seem to get the 10 in game, 5 in fever mode and 2 on island 5. Driving me nuts as got to this stage very quickly

I can't do this bloomin 20 cloud touches without fever and I ALWAYS lose my fever on the first loop of the 4th island! I'm starting to want to give up with the last objective it's making me dislike the game

Only thing I can suggest is to try to pick your valleys. If it means that you have to drop quickly after rising, then drop, don't draw your flying distance on too much as you'll be getting horizontal movement which will make it more difficult to get vertical. The best way to get cloud touches is to have a heavy brake thumb imo.

They really need to make the fourth island easier on the next update. It's too difficult, especially the first slope. But if you change the date it will reset all the slopes and sometimes you can get lucky.

My highest score is 199212.

I have to say I love this game. Got it sometime around the start of the year and been loving it since. Really addictive game. Graphics are excellent too.

Currently on the 28x Nest. I've reached the 9th Island and got about halfway through it.

Stuck on the 4th Island Fever and the 20 Cloudtouches not in Fever. This update is feckin difficult.

Bah! Had to beat that seeing as I can't quite get level 4 on fever! (and 20 cloud touches)

faking a high score with photoshop? you'd have to be a bit of a sad case to do that.
