    this is probably a silly question, but is there any shop in town in cork city that sells bubble wrap lined envelopes,

    any help appreciated.

    Every decent stationers sells them from A3 to less than A5. They're called 'jiffy bags' ;)

    Any stationary shop would have them. Newsagents and supermarkets would have them too. They may be sold under the name padded envelopes.
