Connect speeds using UTV internet

Does anyone know if you get higher transfer speeds on UTV internet if you sign up for one of their subscription packages rather than as a free service user.

this is OT for ireland offline (belongs in nets/comms), but no i think its the same equipment for both free and subscription.

its all down to your line. If you upgrade your isp nothing will change, unless you go with Isdn
