Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Ok, again AH heads, there's the "How well do you know European Countries Quiz"

But now, how well do you know your own counties! Here's the link to the best one I could find (that didn't need a million clicks to get by the first page!)

    http://www.ireland101.com/quiz/county/

For the ones I got wrong, I was always only one bloody county over! It seems like the midlands and the South-East I got wrong :o

Damn Laois, who cares about them. Useless footballers and even worse hurlers.

I notice they including the boundary for Tipp North and Tipp South. Tipperary, twice the county of anywhere else

Bloody 18 out of 20 - missed Tyrone and Antrim !! It didn't ask the full 32 though.

20 out of 20, but I have an uncanny ability to be able to draw the actual map of Ireland. I learned it in school and haven't forgotten it, along with the rhyme for all the counties of each province.

I thought it was just south dublin and the dole queue :)

Did anyone else spend ages trying to click on a county up the north before realising it was in fact a lake? :o

I didn't even get the county I'm currently living in right! That's pretty bad ...

    We are Munster’s counties fair.
    Cork, Kerry, Limerick Clare,
    Waterford, Tipperary here we are,
Welcoming you from near and far.

    Leinster is beyond compare,
    Dublin, Wicklow, Carlow, Kildare,
Wexford, Offaly, Laois, Kilkenny, Longford and Louth are as good as any.
Meath, Westmeath and that is all. over now to province small.

    Connaught is the smallest oh,
    Galway, Leitrim and Mayo,
    Roscommon, Sligo that’s the lot,
Just one more verse for you I’ve got.

    We are Ulster’s counties nine,
    Let’s forget the dividing line,
Donegal, Derry, Antrim, Down, all our counties of renown.
Armagh, Monaghan and Tyrone, Cavan, Fermanagh now all are known.

No it's not, but it's easy to remember where the counties are for each province with the rhyme.

Who cares? If it's not Dublin, I don't see the need to know where it is.

    I got 10/20.
