Anybody else seen the Audi A4 driving very slow

Hi ,Sorry I've nothing better to do but I was stuck behind him yesterday on the Tonlegee Road,I thought he had a problem and car was in limp mode, driving at about 20kph ,thought he should have his hazards on or something .Saw him again today coming tiwards me driving the same way. Young fella of working class looks :D…
