applying for 3rd provisional and driving test, please help :(

hi all
this question has probably been asked before however i can't seem to find a suitable answer anywhere.
my 2nd provisional has expired. i wish to apply for my 3rd so that i can apply for my driving test ( i know that i must apply for my driving test to obtain a 3rd provisional)
however, when i go to the rsa website to apply online for my test it says my driver number is not on record. how is this? i have entered it a few times but it keeps saying the same thing.
the only thing i can think of is that i got my first provisional in
september '05, renewed it and my 2nd expired in october '10. since it is over 5years since i sat the theory does this mean i have to do the theory again or why does it say my driver number is not on record?? please help

hi thanks a million for your reply!
but guess what!!
i stayed re-entering it and it worked!! yipee!! they sent me the email to verify my payment to the tax office that i have an upcoming test so im happy out that i can now get my 3rd provisional on monday!!
another quick question if you dont mind: how long before they post it out so that i can crack on with a few lessons??
