Help removing my Astra Model H radio

    Hey,

Thinking of trying to get a line-in cable into my astra radio as I'm sick of listening to my mp3 over the radio. Is there a way I could get hold of the service manual (I know BMW have them for most of their cars) or instruction on how to remove it?

    Cheers,

    M

You just need a set of large radio keys. They are 2 U shaped pins that go into the 4 holes on your radio. Once they clip in you just pull the radio out with them,

If you havn't got them two lengths of wire coat hanger bent into a U shape will usually do just as well.

is the point to have them all pressed in at the same time? I thought there were some kind of hooks on the end of the radio keys?

push them all in at the same time and it should come out easily.
