Went down to Tesco to buy some green food colouring to add to my beer, but they were out. Guess fairy liquid will have to do....

Was out earlier on hoping to avoid the drunken agressive eejitry of paddys day, headed up to my favourite pub after a few pints in different pubs around town to discover a huge line outside the door and the bouncers telling everybody it's a tenner in!!

Thought about heading somewhere else but noticed that town was filling up with more and more idiots so just decided to jump in a taxi and head home, was back by midnight.Quite sensible,I must be getting old!

Twas, but I've never even been to Cork, so I pay no mind to me.

Just some friendly ribbing county rivalry ..

    Happy St Patrick's Day AH!

You didn't miss much tonight! Paddys day is good but Paddys night is boring as people tend to head home early.

Really looking forward to it tonight... Actually found the exact place where I'll be starting the drinking on google images. Always packed later on in the evenin and dirt cheap. 60 cent for 2 litres of cheap beer.. or 60 cent for a bottle of nice strong beer.

I'm living abroad at the moment and had a pretty crap day of work and stuff mapped out ahead of me.

But just as this thread popped up, I received a text message telling me i'm finished at 1 o'clock.

So by 1:30 i'll have met up with the rest of the Paddys around here and by 1:38 i'll be HAMMERED!!!

    HAPPY PADDYS DAY!!!

Wait, i'm confused. Was that a shot of "thanks" for someone else who made the same joke?

I apologise! The joke has been around longer than the snakes in Ireland!

Well, I'm seeing The Dubliners tonight, so that will be brilliant :D

And I'm wearing a Limerick top, so I should probably stab a few people.

I was wearing the Ireland football top yesterday and some lad walked past and went 'It's tomorrow'. Could have killed him

So kill him today and say "sorry I'm a bit late with the revenge, we Irish are always late"
