How can I transfer Voice Recordings from my Iphone 3gs to pc?

As the title suggests...

I can't sync it under the music tab on my phone when it's connected to itunes, as the boxes are shaded and it won't let me do anything with them.

The only option I'm being given is to sync everything on my iphone with my itunes, which I don't want to do.

I have 60 gig of music on my laptop and it wants to stick this on my iphone!

I don't want to email it as it is 22 mins long and I need it all complete in one piece.

Any help appreciated.

I despise itunes, it has never been nice to me, always slow, I never understand the syncing process.
Why when I try to sync why does it try to put everything from my itunes onto my phone??
Surely it should put everything from my phone into itunes no? Can I do this?

Hi. You voice memos are a separate tab to sync in iTunes (like music or photos). You don't have to sync everything. Set up to sync only selected tabs and you should be fine. On the desktop they'll load as a separate listing or playlist - not under music.

Just to check, you don't want to use the iPhone like a USB key to transfer the recording? Your iPhone will only sync with one computer.

You could try DropBox: http://www.dropbox.com/iphoneapp Not sure if you can transfer recordings though.
