Wood Duck (was Unidentifiable Bird)

Unidentifiable by me, at least... Saw this wee lad a couple of weeks ago. Thought it was a Mandarin Duck, but on closer inspection I don't think it is. Some sort of Teal perhaps? I have a video of him too and you can hear his call - a little squeak / whistle. Link to follow! Any ideas?
