Looking to up grade from the current 39/50..anyone know the size options available and where i can get them...39/53?

39/50 is not a normal chainring configuration.

For Rival you'll have either 34/50 (compact) or 39/53 (standard double).

If you're looking for more top end you're better off getting a cassette with an 11t sprocket.

If you have an 11T already and 50T on the front you probably need to spin more.

You can buy 110 bcd chainrings here, you can get up to 53T. However as Lumen says better to buy an 11cassette.
