You didn't say anything though except throw out an aul LOL and then fail to back it up when pressed on it. In essence you said nothing of any consequence.
I don't think i've ever used 'LOL' on boards

What has the result got to do with the awful tackle of Carragher ?

Havent read too many United fans excusing the result . .

If ref does his job, Rafael doesnt lose the rag. If ref also books liverpool player who actually nearly kneecapped rafael (just before he nearly did a bad tackle) then perhaps Liverpool players learn not to go OTT.

And while I dont justify Rafaels tackle, the very fact that some of you feel that this is more important then the tackle of Carragher says alot.

Thats why United have won so much over Fergie's reign. We dont blame everybody else for our failings, unlike others who love nothing better then to live off scraps of conspiracys (fergie time, refs bias to United) to justify their bitterness.

If anything, Liverpool played great today and the response of some of their fans in ignoraning Carraghers tackle takes away from the performace/result by showing little class . .Cant say Im too surprised TBH . .

Again, Carragher deserved a red. Rafael deserved a red. If you wanna blame the ref for Rafael putting in that tackle, then you go right on ahead there, buddy.

I'm just gonna bask in the win!

In pretty much the same way as Nanis scratch is all alot of united fans in here want to talk about after your team got hammered today.

    King Kenny.

Your dismissing another poster by telling him he really hasn't a clue amounts to a more rude and ignorant version of the same. The fact he made a valid point at the time only makes it worse.

A grown man cried over that

A man? No, it was Nani!

Suggests they aint too passionate about performing for pool as their fans are about making excuses for why they are stuck struggling for a Uefa cup spot for next season . .

Apparently Carragher waited outside Uniteds changing room to apologize to Nani, if true my hatred towards Carragher is eased a little.

Pretty much all I've seen them bother to discuss on this thread, although one or two posters who can actually handle a defeat have offered congrats and not searched for excuses.

The first bit was just a misunderstanding. I was saying that his [obnoxious] persona doesn't excuse Carra giving him a nasty tackle.

I don't believe that anybody reacts to a pain in their shin by waving their legs in the air, but I do honestly agree that neither of us could prove whether he was in pain or not.

The fact that others do worse play acting from less bad tackles though, would not excuse him if he was play acting.

In response to somebody saying that Liverpool deserved to win regardless of any bad decision you said this:

In that post it looks like you whining about decisions.

I think you made a post somewhere else saying that Liverpool were deserved winners so this post might be misleading about what you think.
the 2nd half of that quote said that United shouldn't need to play against 10 men to get going, I really should have added 'so it's no excuse' to make it clear I suppose...fair enough I was whining about decisions, but not because I thought United could/should have gotten anything from the game but because it was a horrible tackle that could have easily broke Nani's leg and he gets pretty much nothing for it.

For all the Man U fans talking about how nasty Nani's injury was ect, and the clearly shopped photos posted earlier on try this one for size, "the true extent of his injury"

Sure a tampon would clear that up!!

Out of interest, will SAF get an additional fine for not talking to any press after the match, or does get he that one free with the weekly BBC fine?

He did and Nani did not stay around to hear it so Carragher had to relay it through a Manchester United club official

    King Kenny.

What else do you expect United fans to say . . "It was the refs fault"!! Nah, excuses are reserved for you guys. .

Not sure how many differant ways United fans can accept that the better team won . .

Keep creaming yourself over winning one game . . As a united fan , we usually save ourselves for something thats more satisfying for a much longer time my friend. Perhaps when Pool have won a few things you might understand! ;)

Does he actually get a weekly fine for refusing to speak to the Beeb?

If he did it was only to avoid united making an issue of his tackle.

You need to take the tinfoil hat off amaibale lad, no ones attacking you, nor did I say you did anything that warrants being reported. I'm just pointing out that you went to the trouble of pouring scorn over another poster's quite valid opinion in a pretty vehement way, but when pressed on it, the argument you provided for taking that stance was remarkably flimsy. No need for all this whinging about whether someone likes you or not, its all very childish and petulant tbh.

We'll have to call you Nani-able next.;)

You're no ordinary man, your clearly a mind reader  with the power to read thoughts through a television screen nonetheless

And how can United make an issue of anything considering no one is allowed to talk to the press :D

He hardly tried to break his leg now! That's pushing it a bit.
