Hi All - can anyone recommend any site that's open for St. Patrick's weekend and the few days before the weekend (including Paddy's day) ?

I have stayed in the first two campsites and are good. But camping Ireland would give you a good start to look at.

Woodlands (first one) was great when I was there at the end of last year. It was the only one open so late in the season in the area.

It is pretty much in the town as well. A few minutes walk or cycle to the town centre.

Would like to be heading to either The Glen of Aherlow Caravan Park or Mortimers in Caherciveen. But will stay here in warmer climates in Sunny Spain.Say Hello to George or Mortimer from me.

Weather great, a little rain forecasted for the middle of the week, also it is now the windy season as you know. all meeting up in El Campello at La Cova on 17th March to drown the shamrock, even have some Welsh friends also motor caravanners joining us Perhaps you know them if you come from S.Wales Lil & Ginger, old hands at the game. May see you at Mannix Point if you get down that far & if not next Christmas.
