My snes! Loved it so much.

After that, the most anticipated one was my furbie. Was obsessed with it until three sleepless nights later when the lil f*ck wouldnt shut up...bye bye batteries and any love for furbies after that.

I would say it`d have to be my tractor, the type that you sit on and pedal.
Mine was a "Ford" with front loader and rear "slurry spreader" that you could spray water out of.

My parents told me, that when I (aged 3) ran in and saw it first, that I ran out of the room bawling crying as I had been overcome with the emotion of getting one.

I was one of those kids that would have to be lifted off of similar tractors and go carts in toy shops, previous to getting my own one. My parents used to be mortified as they had to peel my fingers from the steering wheels as I`d be lifting the tractor up off the ground with me as I was being pulled off them.

To this day it is the best present I ever received.

wicked, wish i still had it!

Yeah! I asked for that one year and Santa's elves couldn't errr.... locate one. Don't think I was too gutted over it. Can't remember what I got instead though.

Still have the Dragonfly and Rattler in the attic. All the missiles are gone and I think the canopy might be damaged. Must root them out for a look some day.

Liamario - that looks the business!

A touch screen mobile phone in 1984? Wow. Must have cost a fortune.

Can't quite remember the name of it, but it was an Action Man set that you could build various vehicles from. The central cockpit had attachments to turn iinto boat, plane, jeep or helicopter. It was the only time during my childhood that I got the coolest present for Christmas, on our street. It lasted years and was played by every young fella on the street. Brilliant toy:)
