A Proxy App for Android ?

Does anyone know of a good Proxy App for Android (I have a Desire HD) so that I can use another (preferably a foreign) IP so that I can use my bittorrent app (tTorrent Lite) to download movies, because I don't want to download them using my own WiFi public IP. Anyone any ideas/suggestions ?

Not 100% sure if it will work will all handset makes, but I use thisin my Samsung Galaxy S I9000 and it works fine.. You could search xda-developers subforums for Desire HD to see if its available for your handset.

You do need tun.ko support in the kernel though
