price of skimming an average stairs and landing??

    Whats the price these days for reskimming an average mid terraced hall,stairs and landing area.

    Just had the wall paper removed from the walls (original 75 year old plaster),so Im considering the re-skimming and painting option now.

    So anyone in the know care to give me an idea of cost for reskimming?

    Nice work Paddy, I see you got stuck in. Not to sure what it would cost to replaster that, have to say doesn't look a huge amount of wall space. If you want the number of an excellent plasterer PM me, I've used him in my own home.
