the flack jacket saves you from granades, and claymores, so it dosen't have to be an objective game type

Very handy for Domination though, everyone lobs grenades at the B flag, and some of the B flags on the new maps are an absolute bitch to take and hold, Kowloon! 5 ways onto the flag so no hiding, if you dont have smoke and flack jacket you're never gonna take it alone.

Second Chance is a pain. I would like to see it taken out of the game completely, not just nerfed.

I would like to see a FPS meets Red Dead redemption. Just one huge map, thats so big you can have abit of urban shoot outs, and ambushes out in the wilderness. The map would be so big, if you want to spawn trap, you have to get a bus to the enemies spawn. I'd like to see more weapons, in some sort of online store that can actually be updated with new guns at the start of every month. Am talking like 200+ primary weapons. Also I would like it if people had to clean their guns, and if they dont after like 3 games playing online, in the 4th game it could jam. Something like the grand turismo games were you could go to a car wash. I'd also like to see some sort of upgraded kinect that has a air soft gun built in, and when your getting shot online, the air soft gun shoots at you in your chair. Not sure if online gaming is ready for that last part yet.

We mentioned this last night, map packs, make them better value for money, 12 quid or so for 4-5 maps is crap. at least throw new gun camos, hell even new perks or guns into it. or map skins like the Christmas version of Crash on COD4.

One of the thing that really annoys me about Ghost is that Ghillie suits should not be allowed on non-sniper classes. Since COD 4 my brain has been programmed to think, ah ye he's a sniper and I will try to counter him like I would a sniper but in blops a ghillie suited players can have a 74u or a Famas and be cheap. Not much to do with gameplay but annoys me all the same.

If anything I find it encourages flanking. I use ghost on some classes and my sole use for it is to remain hidden when flanking, not to sit in a corner ADSing a door, I do understand though how that crap is headwrecking.

Why? It would be wrong to think that only snipers wear ghillie suits in war. Should you not try to adjust?

I just want to play Modern Warfare 3 campaign, f*cking feels like an episode of LOST since they ended the campaign off before the Rangers head to moscow and Soap and Price find Makarov or Ghost possibly coming back

Me too, interesting to see where they'll go with it. COD single player is usually setpiece after setpiece when when they're done right its brilliant. I prefer the slower paced levels myself rather than just dodging grenades for a whole level, stuff like the ghillie levels in MW2 and the blackbird mission in Blops, its a nice break from the constant running and gunning. theres some levels on COD games I couldnt be arsed playing again as they're not that fun to play and you jsut want to get through the thing, like that tv station level on COD4 or the white house level on MW2, just fire, move, dodge grenade, fire move repeat for whole level as you're pushed down a linear path. the ones where you're doing something different are much more fun, like the burger town level when you're controlling the predator, or the epic ac-130 mission on COD4

There needs to be a better balance in the high killstreaks, in mw2 an ac130 could just appear out of nowhere and start killing you instantly whilst in black ops a chopper takes an age to arrive on site, often exploding before having the door open.
The result being that the ac130 can rack up kills almost instantly where the door gunner can be shot down almost immediately. The has to be a middleground. Non stackable killstreaks & no nukes or emp. Killstreaks done by individual class.

Also they need to ground the story line, it's modern warfare not farfetched warfare, no more ridiculously implausible happenings in the campaign, a rogue U.S. general with a hidden private army, yeah just before the Master Chief and the Arbiter show up with Cortana. Leave heartbeat sensors in but don't go any further, if we get holograms or jetpacks I'll cry. You add to a game or genre by doing the basics right not covering it up with fancy crap designed to paper over some p*** poor garbage.

Look at what COD4 did on the campaign, that brilliant first level on the ship, the supporting AC-130 mission, the rescue mission for the insider in Russia with the loyalists, the chernobyl level, so many brilliant moments with the player actually knowing what he was doing before hand and no stupid plot twists. A decent plausible story done well will be better than stupid plot twists tacked on to an even dumber mission.

The special ops part of MW2 needs to be improved upon. Make it customisable, like the private matches in Black Ops. Have a party of up to 6 doing a mission together. Couple of guys with a spas clearing a house, supported by AR wielding teammates with thermal snipers & LMG on overwatch. Add in team killstreaks & you've got gaming gold. Each player must have 3 kills for ammo drop, 5 kills for a predator, 7 kills for harrier. Maybe set up a black hawk down scenario, 2 teams of 6, 1 of marines against 1 of op4 wave after wave of attackers controlled by the other 6, who must destroy a target/kill all of them and the winner judged by the scores the got as marines or how many waves they survived.

Alternatively why not do some of the campaign in multiplayer? The assault on the oilrig or the prison to rescue you-know-who would be amazing. A player goes into second chance & will need reviving by a teammate will force players to work together. Incorporate a teammate full time in the AC130, mortar or any vehicle or have a laser designator for armoured targets. Make it fully customisable with the weapons, opponent difficulty, and allow for players to leave / join as they wish and you can have my wallet.

i dont mind ghost pro, and i use it regularly, ( I dont camp) the main reason being the fact that when anyone gets chopper gunner (huey) its impossiblre to leave the spawn in most sites if they are any good.

removing deathstreaks was good, i like the fact that killstreaks require 10/11 independent kills not, 5 and then rest are done by ai helicoptors and harriers.

classes with different killstreaks is a big one for me, the Blackbird needs a counter and at the moment counter spy plane is the only thing that does it, but you may not always run that, and you wont know if the other team are running Blackbirds until way into the match. its a hugely overpowered killstreak, once its up you're fcuked, you may as well just let the enemy come to you instead of moving around since people can prefire around corners at you.

I would like to see tanks again but not the system that WAW had.
for those of you that played COD 3 the tank system in that was brilliant . none of the sh1t of press Square(PS3) Or X (XB360) and your straight into the tank. in COD 3 your character would climb onto the tank and get in it giving the enemy a chance to kill you which is more realistic

Does no one play B Ops Pure TDM - No Killstreaks, Perks, Attachements or Contracts.

I totally forgot about that. Used to play it a lot. But people need their killstreak fix so haven't played it. Cheers for reminder.

To add to the perfect cod game: an even higher multiplayer focus.
More maps and variations of maps. Build the game to last for more than one year and release much more DLC. Seriously, we are just playing a tweaked version of COD4 at the moment, if they kept a consistent feel to it and maintained balance and supported it, a good game could last for years and still generate profits. Look at the pc market. I would much rather have a CoD that I could play the old maps on without having to switch discs and readopt the differences of one game over the other.

Single player campaigns, zombies and spec ops could have all been released as 'episodic' DLC. Halo 3 tried to do something similar with ODST, but was changed near release.

Also another tweak to MP would be to take another leaf out of Halo's book. I think this would work but: penalize the incompletion of games and rage quiting. If you do it too often in Halo you get a 15min ban iirc.

    Could it all work?

Yea, as long as were not plagued with lagg and other genuine reasons to rage
