DON'T tell them to come here! We've enough of their kind around here as is. They'll just break windows with their heads and vomit everywhere. Who the hell wants more people on a "lads' weekend".

My 5 years in Galway were a laugh.. You can't go wrong if you're there for a weeked. Although Belfast is really really good aswell. Easily the 2 best cities in Ireland imo.

    Mojo's of Mullingar

    Serious spot.

Danny Byrnes in Mullingar is the best bar I've been to in Ireland, then head to Mojo's or the Fence and then hit up Lingi's after for food.. That would be a class night out. Been years since I've done it though.

Depends whether its during the week or at the weekend. During the student week Limerick has the best nightlife around, with Galway a close second imo. At weekends Limerick is crap though.

At weekends Galway is by far the best option. Places like Kilkenny and Carlo are good, but nowhere will give you the sheer variety and numbers Galway will, while still keeping the size and feel of a small town. Stay in the travel lodge or one of the hostels in the city centre for cheapness.

It's the local water that makes people vomit, Sligo is "the" place. Too many crusties with mongrels on a string and smelly jugglers in Galway.

Letterkenny's pretty good for a student night out. Plenty of hotties and they're all fairly easy

Galway. GALWAY GALWAY GALWAY... I really got to get back down there :)

Ive actually had a few savage nights down in Carlow too. Few scoops in the locals then on to the Foundry. Lovin it.

Cavan is madness. I'd go with Galway city though, quality spots around there.
