Cobelcog. Simple question = simple answer.

This is a results game....and he has won the most tourneys and he loses the least amount of matches out of everyone....Therefore he's the best.

Followed closely by Hound and Blag. One could argue that hound and blag are just as "good" players as cobelcog but they lose more matches because they play balanced characters
