Money Transfer trouble PTSB

Hi i sent a MoneyTransfer through Permenant TSB to Pixmania to Purchase an item I never recieved it, Pixmania said there still waiting for the transfer?:eek: TSB said they cant do anything except charge me 50euros for a trace :eek: I didnt go to consumer Affairs yet ,i have all the paperwork Whats wrong here , whose…
