Thinking of buying an Opel Astra

Hi All, Just wondering what you think of the Opel Astra 04-05 model. Thinking of buying one it seem to get pretty good reviews on car reviewing websites like Honest Johns etc. Have you owned one, did you find it reliable? is it a good car for driving in general? Thanks

I like them some people don't.
I have heard of the 1.4 litre enginesgiving problems but I found that a lot of the time these people didn't maintain there car very well.
I do know that some people find there is a major blind spot in the 3 door models.
