Indeed, always found it strange how some women teachers seem to go into the job being clueless about teenage lads.

I was in a class much of which filled with feckin wanna be scangers or 'mad lads' but it was all pretty childish really.

There was one time someone put the sun newspaper on the teachers desk before she arrived, and left it open on page 3 (Oh noes, boobies :rolleyes: )

Was retarded kids stuff and I fully expected the teacher to walk in , roll her eyes and just bin the paper and get on with class.

But she went ****ing nuts, as if someone in class had sexually assaulted her. Ran out crying and got the principal, which was common practice for her and most times I felt bad for her, but this time I was just like... ffs woman, you are working in the wrong place if your so over-sensitive.

Obviously this is no where near as bad as what happened in the OP and in fairness the teachers reaction to that make much more sense.

If he's that moronic and bad-taste, he doesn't deserve a teacher and should be left wallow uneducated in his own ignorance for the rest of his miserable life.

Not all teenage boys are assholes, so excusing him on the grouds of his sex (genre, that is, because hopefully he hasn't had sex and reproduced, risking creating another generation of morons.

He may as well learn not about "doing the crime = doing the time" because something tells me it'll be the only education he'll use in later life.

Pity teachers aren't allowed flatten little pricks.

To be fair Liam what kind of idiot (teacher) leaves a cup on a table unattended with a bunch of teenage boys. Even in my day it would have been a bad idea and the teachers in my school didn't do it for that reason. I'm not excusing the behaviour but I'm not for a moment surprised it happened.

I agree with you Liam. 'who the fug'? More like what a mug. When someone posts a story like this, there's always some sociopathic idiot who defends the little hooligans. Has our society really regressed so much that something like this is not only seen as the norm, but also defended?

It's stories like this which makes me think corporal punishment should be brought back into schools. I can assure you something like this wouldn't have happened 30 or 40 years ago, because they would have gotten the sh!t kicked out of them by the teacher, headmaster, mother, father and whoever else and wouldn't have been able to walk for a week.

Back then, this guy nearly would have been admitted to a sanitorium for an act like this, now he's lauded and praised and defended by people on internet forums. Unbelievable.

I think that they would too. She could have made a joke about it and been a hero in the classroom, possibly won the respect of those kids, but she didnt. And now itll be a test to see how they can cause her next breakdown!

I cant count the amount of times that Ive seen teachers been made cry over the stupidest pranks! Particularly in secondary school. Not advocating it at all, but its gonna happen especially when theres lads in the class. I moved to an all girls school in 4th year and I couldnt believe how NICE the whole place was. Didnt see a teacher freak out once! Now it was a nicer environment, and a lot better for learning, but it wasnt near as entertaining

i've seen lcd tabz being chucked into teacher's mugs when i was at school.... having some guy's balls in her mug makes me think she got off lightly.

Says its an example of bullying, who knows what other incidents involving these pupils have happened before? This may well have been the final straw.

If she had laughed it off their bad behaviour would continue, by making a big deal about it the school in general sees this as unacceptable behaviour the parents know and hopefully these scumbag teenagers have a chance of being turned around.

I'm hoping you are still in school, that may be the only reason to justify your reaction. If I was in school and found out someone did this, I would think it was repulsive and offensive. Would it be so funny if this happened to you? If you were singled out, and made to feel intimidated, violated, mortified in front of hundreds of students as well as your co-workers?

Why does she need to be a hero? She isin't paid for that. Isin't it very sad that you accept breaking someone to the point of a breakdown is justified because they are a teacher? I'm shocked. If she can't get their respect from imparting knowledge onto them and probably involving herself in extra-curricular activities for their benefit, then being violated like she has done, most definately won't. Think about what you have said.

Plenty of us teach lads. I would never expect this kind of treatment just because they are lads. I went to an all girls' school. I teach in an all boys' school. Believe me, girls are capable of being just as immature as the boys. Their sex doesn't make it justifiable, nor should the teacher accept this kind of stunt because of their sex.
