what are the laws for importing into northern Ireland?

    Im thinking of importing a gun off ehobby Asia to an address in the north does anybody know what the laws are regarding this? thanks for any help

    Same as any other destination in the UK (lower FPS limits not withstanding for NI I believe), i.e. you need to prove you are entitled to avail of the skirmisher defense of the VCRA.

    In plain english that means current (as in not expired) site membership and/or a UKARA number as your path of least resistance.

    So long as it's to a Southern address fine. Retailers in the south will still ask/require a UKARA number if you are getting it sent to a Northern address.
