Joining Shackle - Where to buy?

Looking for one for a tractor to connect a chain link with the arm that lifts up the transport box. I know there is ford tractor spots in Ardrahan and Corrandulla but wondering if it could be picked up in town somewhere. Marine shop maybe? Similiar to this
