How to find a leak in gun barrel pipe under house

My mothers house has a burst pipe and no heat for the last week, there is a huge flow of water being lost, and no idea who can find the leak. It's somewhere under the house and I believe there is some listening device that can be used to find the leak? Awater diviner had a go but no success. If anyone offers this service…

There are companies that do acoustic listening and find leaks, but the success has been varied. Have a search on this forum, there's a few threads about it....
