Tesco Mobile new UK call rates: 9c/min to UK landlines and 20c/min to UK mobiles.

    Tesco Mobile have reduced their call rate to the UK. Now its 9c per minute to UK landlines and 20c per minute to UK mobiles: http://www.tescomobile.ie/international/index.aspx
    Note: international calls are taken from your paid call credit balance, free or bonus call credit can't be used for international calls.

    And I got pilloried for saying so a month ago. I note they have 2 International text rates, - 14c and 20c. Guess what a text to U.K. is ??????:(
    Tesco know how to cream it, but then that why they're in business. In fairness all the other networks charge at least 20c.

    Just out of interest. How do you distinguish paid credit from free credit?

    When you request a call credit balance on your phone, 2 balances are shown; your Top Up balance, and a separate Bonus Credit balance.
